I have questions about the order placed at your T-Shirt, Mugs
and merchandise store, who do I contact?
All orders placed at our T-Shirt, Mugs and merchandise store
are processed via Cafepress.com. We sell our designs on the
merchandise via Cafepress.com but we are not responsible for
the printing, shipping and order delivery of these merchandise
products. Please access the Cafepress.com
help section for all your questions regarding our
merchandise products.
Shipping
and Refunds
What are the shipping charges for the consultation reports?
The consultation reports that you purchase from Astrojasta.com
are all delivered to you by email and hence there are no shipping
charges involved. So we request you to provide the correct
email address where you like your astrology report to be emailed.
What is
your refund policy on consultation reports sales?
All consultation reports sales are final. After we are able
to receive and process your payments will email the consultation
report to you in 3-4 business days. We do not offer a refund
on the sales of consultation reports.
World wide email delivery
What are the details of the world wide email delivery?
The consultation reports that you purchase from Astrojasa.com
are delivered to you by email. Any buyer from anywhere in
the world can purchase our personalized astrology reports
in US dollars and the report will be delivered to the buyer's
email address as soon as Astrojasta is able to receive and
process the buyer's payment.
Are your
astrology reports automated - will I get the report as soon
as I place the order?
No, our reports are not automated. After we are able to receive
your payment we will manually analyze the birth data that
you submitted relevant to the product that you purchased and
will email you the report either in the PDF or the Word format.
For users of hotmail we will send the report as an in-email
text as hotmail users have written to us saying the email
with our report attached gets automatically sent to the junk
mail folder.

Is your site secure?
Yes, our site is secured by the strongest possible SSL protection.
Doing business with us is safe. Every transaction is encrypted
for privacy.
Do you
take orders via phone?
All our orders are processed via the internet. Right now we
do not provide the option of placing orders via phone.
Can I
send a check to pay for my order?
Yes, you may make a check payment. Send your check to Astrojasta
3334 Harwood Road #111, Bedford, TX 76021 and make your check
payable to Astrojasta. After we receive and process your check
we will email your consultation report/s in 1-2 days.
How can
I unsubscribe from your store newsletter?
You may unsubscribe from the store newsletter by following
the link in the newsletter email or you can just send an email
to support@astrojasta.com and state "UNSUBSCRIBE"
in the subject line.
Why should
I give my gender, date, time, city and country of birth information
to purchase your consultation reports?
Our astrology consultation is based on vedic astrology which
uses the gender, date, time, city and country of birth to
do the analysis and hence most of our products need that data.
